What are cognitive activities?

Play hide-and-seek, puzzle feeders, lick mat, snuffle mats, scavenger hunt, training sessions, and more. These activities keep your pets physically and mentally engaged, activate all their senses, develop their intelligence, and helps with dog behavior problems such as anxiety and boredom.

What if my pet needs urgent medical attention?

Our sitters are prepared to detect any signs of urgency. If that is the case, we will take your pet to the closest veterinary hospital for medical attention, or you can indicate your preferable vet medical center.

What if my pet is ill or take medicines?

Our sitters are prepared for administering medications such as pills, liquids, ear and eye drops, injections, and subcutaneous fluids, cleaning wounds, preparing special diets and more. You must let us know about your pet’s ills and the doses of their medicines. We will need the veterinary reports of your pet, so we know the disease is controlled.

When do I pay for the service?

You pay for the service after you confirm your reservation. After responding a few questions about your pet, the page will redirect you to our payment platform. We accept debit and all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal.

Where do I leave the key to my house?

For the safety of our clients and the team of PetsWorld we will not retain any client keys. We will access to your home via door codes or lock boxes. The purchase and management of the lock box is full responsibility of the client, it needs to be in a safe and accessible location for us to enter the house. You must provide us a current code for the PetsWorld sitter to use. If you have an entering system via a door/garage code a second key must be located on the property in case the door code becomes damaged or inoperable. If a second key on the property is not available, the client will be responsible for locksmith charges and payment for the additional time of the PetsWorld sitter. Upon termination of our services, it is the client's responsibility to either change the code or remove the lockbox immediately.

Do I get to know the sitter before the service?

Before the service, we will send you via email a full description of our sitter for you to get to know her. We promise you're going to love her!

Can the sitter stay a bit longer?

For every 15 minutes extra time that our sitter spends in your house, we will charge our Quick Visit $15 service.

What is your cancelation policy?

In case of a cancelation, we will refund the 100% of the payment. If you need to cancel your reservations you must do it at least 24 hours before the service, otherwise, we will charge the 50% of the total payment.

Can I change the visit hour?

You can change the visit hour only if there is availability in our schedule and you must do it at least 24 hours before the service.

How many pets are included in your base prices?

All of our services includes one (1) pet, dog or cat. If you want an extra pet we will charge 5$.

Can I change the visit hour of the Day Care Service?

Our standard Day Care Service visiting hours are from 9am to 7pm, but you can change it as long as it complies with the 10 visiting hours.

Do you work on weekends and holidays?

Yes! We are always available. Our holiday fee is 10$ and our weekends fee is 5$. The 10$ charge apply for all visits made on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
